Irsan was graduated from ITB for his Bachelor Engineering Degree. He also has Master Degree in Management of Science, Technology and Innovation from University of Manchester. He has interests in Innovation, Policy, and Technology issues. His experiences include Science, Technology and Innovation policy and engagement with ministries and local government. He was co-author for the latest OECD Reviews of Innovation Policy 2013, particularly for Indonesia chapter.
