Mona Luthfina Usmani

Executive Director

Mona currently serves as the Executive Director of CIPG. She is a researcher with bachelor degree on Industrial Engineering and master degree on Petroleum Engineering.

Leonardus K. Nugraha

Deputy for Information & Social Change

Nardo currently serves as Deputy for Information & Social Change. He is a researcher with educational background in philosophy from Driyarkara School of Philosophy, Jakarta.

M. Rinaldi Camil

Operations Director

Rinaldi currently serves as Operations Director of CIPG. He has extensive research and engagement experience in the area of science, technology and, innovation policy and social change.

Yanuar Nugroho, Ph.D

Co-Founder & Advisor

Yanuar Nugroho is an activist-scholar, born in Indonesia in 1972. He finished his PhD in 2007 in technological innovation and social change focusing on the role of the Internet in civil society activism.

R. Affriadi Anggara

Co-Founder & Advisor

Rachmat Affriadi Anggara (Angga) has education background in Industrial Engineering in Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and earned an MSc. degree in Operations and Supply Chain.

Irsan Pawennei

Co-Founder & Advisor

Irsan was graduated from ITB for his Bachelor Engineering Degree. He also has Master Degree in Management of Science, Technology and Innovation from University of Manchester.

Mirta Amalia currently serves as the advisor of Centre for Innovation Policy and Governance (CIPG). She holds a PhD in Business and Management from Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.

Advisor

Dinita currently serves as the Advisor of CIPG. She has educational background in Big Data in Culture and Society from King’s College London, United Kingdom (graduated with Distinction).

Senior Research Associate

Currently a senior researcher with educational background in communication studies from Atma Jaya University Yogyakarta. Klara continues to explore various topics.

Nur Huda

Research Associate

Nur Huda is a researcher with educational background in Sociology from University of Indonesia. Nur works with both quantitative and qualitative approaches.

Adriansyah Dhani Darmawan

Research Associate

Dhani is a researcher with an educational background in political science and public policy from Gadjah Mada University. Before starting his career as a researcher, he worked as an analyst at a public service supervisory agency.

Revin Muhammad Alsidais

Junior Research Associate

Revin is a Junior Research Associate with an International Relations degree from the University of Indonesia. He is most passionate about heterodox approaches to a wide range of issues in social sciences, including development, political-economy, and democracy.
