This study examines the licensing policy for the hydroelectric power plant strategy investment project, with the PLTA Kaltara as a case study. This study aims to find a gap between the two regimes (before and before the The Job Creation Act was passed), the consequences, as well as potential solutions that can solve existing licensing problems. The results of this study are expected to be input for increasing the contribution of the investment strategy sector.
