At the national level, the Centre has provided research and consultancy services to various governmental bodies.

CIPG has also established close contacts with other state research and development institutions, universities, the industry sector, as well as prominent civil society organisations working in media/ICT, development and human rights across Indonesia and press/mass media.

At the international level, the CIPG works closely in research collaboration with international organisations located in Europe and North America.
