Stakeholder mapping of relevant non-government organisations within the contractors area of operations that are identified after consideration of the ‘guiding principles’ below.

Priority should be given to organisations with deep country-wide networks of experts who have the ability to act as ‘connectors’ in reaching the most diverse (geography, political spectrum, approaches) range of stakeholders to provide meaningful, accurate, and timely perspectives on issues related to online content.
