The 2019 Presidential Election is a test for the media. Media position is undoubtedly questionable, whether the media is able or not to facilitate and enrich public discourse. Meanwhile, the media is obliged to report all these tensions and conflicts. It should not withhold any information, nonetheless it should exercise care and wisdom in reporting them and not fuel the tensions . This condition affects how people see the work of journalists; will media be able to maintain their position as journalists with credibility? Can media consistently maintain their value, especially when it deals with sensitive issues?
