The Project Support Intern will primarily assist the Programme & Knowledge Officer (PKO) in supporting project planning, scheduling, and tracking. This includes helping to organize project activities, monitor progress, update project documentation, and ensure tasks are completed according to the project timeline and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and coordination of activities.
• Support project scheduling and timeline tracking.
• Monitor project progress and update project documentation.
• Support communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and project-related documents.
• Organize and maintain project files and records.

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate.
• Educational background in Public Policy, Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
